They are gelcoat cracks, the impact was to the right side of the boat and pictures were shown. And I was paid for it on the 7th, NEVER said it shipped on the 7th. Like I have said, I will refund the money once everything is destroyed. After that I am done here, Ebay has me at 198 positive and anyone can look me up. One bad deal here has ruined this site for me. call me a liar, a thief or what ever you want. Funny how over 198 deals have went smooth, then all of a sudden I become totally crooked and sell junk.............Comment

You showed no pics of the right side of the boat just the inside. You said there was a hole not split down the side, and as for the bow, You can see by my pics of it not just in gel coat. I can tell you I got 5 million feedback on E bay, it doesnt mean its my account.
The fact is there was other damage there you didnt describe or disclose. Then you get called on this and you want the buyer to shoot himself in the foot to get a "promissed refund".
Right there you lost your credibility around here.
Its on you to earn the trust of people. So far your track record looks like poop. Just saying...

At this point I really don't care anymore. Keep the boat, the parts and pm me where to send the refund. Once you post on here you received the refund I will leave the site, done and over. No use being on here with these kind of deals going on, and YES you can see the tear in the inside picture of the boat, from the outside it is hard to notice unless you took your fingers, ripped it open the rest of the way. Funny how much tore open it looks from your picture to mineComment

Update please,
And capnswanny, sorry but I want the boat dead. It has been nothing but a pain in the azz since I bought it new last year. I named it Christine. I am done with boating stuff. All my lipo's, chargers, motors, esc's and my MG will all be posted on ebay as soon as this issue is resolved hereComment
