And SirBudman32, Do not pm me about the boat hull, anything you have to say can be posted here for all to see. I have nothing to hide, I will not discount the boat. I will however refund the full amount after receiving pictures of EVERY SINGLE piece be mangled, smashed, destroyed and unuseable. And I mean everything. You should be able to accomplish that since I have been so stressful and difficult to deal with. Make sure to post pictures for everyone to see.

You know what I was born at night but it was NOT last night, You have my money and I have a wreck. I smash the boat you keep the money I still have nothing! You lied about the shipping date so how can I be leave you will sent money back!? As for posting here on forums page no problem! Why don't you do the honorable thing and send me my money back first, been I already bought parts for the boat 2 days after buying the boat and got them 3 days before the boat. I'll smash it no problem, send the money back first. And as for the bow, for you to say you don't know anything about it is B.S. The cracks in it have the same (mud) in them as the boat has on it. Here is a better pic of the bow(cracks) and said hole in the side .

Your links don't work. File a paypal claim and get your money back BUT I want every piece of the boat mangled, destroyed smashed, and unuseable. There should not be anything left salvagable or useable. I have no problem giving the refund, but I also want to make sure you don't take the money, and use the boat for your rescue boat. I think that's only fair, why should you get to keep any part of the boat? Ihave posted this out in the open on the forum. If I don't send your money back everyone will see that I do not follow through on what I said I would do. Your out nothing if you don't smash it or do smash it, apparently it's already junk and completly unuseable. Just put it out of it's misery and let everyone see the brutal murder of it and the dismembering of it

i don't WANT it back. Why should I pay $12 to have it shipped back? But he also should not get to keep it for nothing. Destroy it and all useable parts and money will be returned. I sold it for $55 to shipped. That price included stand, turn fins, rudder, trim tabs, motor mount. there is a picture of the hole in my original post, you can see the tear plane as day. Smash every single piece, posy evidence and money gets returned. You can file a paypal and get your money back anyway, that's why people use paypal. It is basically like having insurance on what you buy. And once again EVERYONE can see that I posted I would refund the money. If I don't refund after the boat is destroyed my reputation is completely ruined. But then again, this ONE bad deal has pretty much tanked it. AND once again this is the ONLY bad deal I have ever had. So smash it, get your money back and move on

The cracks in the front were surely a result in conjunction with the other damage on the boat. Are they cracks like thru the fiberglass or just gelcoat cracks?

Gelcoat cracks and spiderwebs are part of this hobby. However clean thru cracks are true damage.

At any rate the seller did a poor job of representing the item. If i understand Budmans post the item was shipped 7/7/12 and the seller claims it went 7/12/12 but took a long time to get? lol Sounds a little backwards but whatever. A lie is a lie.

With 34 posts theres just no credibility. File the pay pal, do as they say and you will be protected.

I would think the most honest thing the seller could do would be issue a refund and then let you smash the boat to pieces per his wish. As it sits its not worth the price to even ship it back- that thing is done!

Because something tells me once I issue a refund the boat gets used and now you have it for free. If you wanted it for free you should have said so from the beginning,

You must not understand Pay Pal or are simply a scammer.

Its only insurance if you somehow wiggle out of pay pal leaving them to foot the bill for your F up. Otherwise Pay Pal charges you the money, right out of your accounts/credit cards. But they have means of collections anyhow, so dont think you just walk away scott free. It dont work that way.
