Yes, the collet size is 8mm(for the neu motor, and 3/16 on the shaft)

Yes, it does have a flood chamber and yes it self-rights when it is flipped. No swimming required. I don't have the actual weight yet, but based on an estimate of 8lbs it would cost.

I've done alot of overseas shipping.... and sad to say USPS/expressmail is the safest most reasonable way to ship.... I would double box the old girl though for international shipping....
