1 used has a black spot as you see, it is liquid tape, not damage.
The heat shrink was loose so in my infinite wisdom I used heat gun to tighten it up. Worked fine on the 3 others but I brought the heat gun just a little too close and it shrunk a little too much leaving a small hole, about the size of the quarter. I covered it with liquid tape to keep the crap out.
DOA warranty. You would have to ship it back for refund. I can send pictures with voltmeter if buyer wants.

I do that to all my lipos to keep the water out....
There is a lot of crap in it, so helps keep crap out. Not so much water, but the sand in it.
