I think I remember that happening too.

However it seems odd the one shipped from Steven shows up as package received and in shipment.

I will gladly and hopefully cancel the dispute once it gets here. However the tracking information and lack of reply has made me uneasy.

Im not a rich person and $55 is a lot of money for me to "donate" to someone else.

In the end I hope this pans out. I hate when things get ugly.

Update:

the only thing I have to send is Jesses blue white cat hull. everything else is out. I have to double check. but everything should be except for the blue white cat. I have been having major problems here. I expect to get his sent tomorrow or sat. I have to get to the ose site. I have not been on there. Sorry bout everything.

Lets just continue to hope this is a case of slow shipping.

Given his circumstances I wont have any hard feelings towards him providing he comes through. Lord knows Ive had my fair share of hard times...

Im not callin him a scammer i just wished the guy would answer my PM iknow hes been on here cause hes posted more stuff after i bought the motor but if he did for some reason need the money that bad to do what he did then thats not good business to do people that way if hes going through a divorce for that i am sorry im going through a breakup myself but i still wouldnt sell something and not send it i checked the tracking number and it says the usps has been notified of a package i paid for it on may 2 , 2010 and its may 13, 2010 and i only live in georgia i ordered stuff from hk after him and i got it if i dont hear from him ill have to file a case myself dont want to but it has to be done.

For what It's worth he jacked me on a radio paid for on may 1. wont answer my emails, time to file a claim and I wouldnt suggest anyone buy from this guy

I'm sorry to say but I am/was begging to get scared myself.

I did open a Pay Pal dispute and I will promptly close it once my hull arrives.

I understand its hard times for you after reading some of the posts. I've been in hard spots before also. Just remember there are other people involved also :)

Update, again.

I took the tracking down to my local Post Master.

He informed me that its not showing up in their system at all outside the fact that shipping has been paid for.

He told me the information he see is detailed. According to him, its not in the system at all- therefore its not on its way.

That makes me a bit upset, considering Ive been told it IS on the way.

I will sit and wait as promised.
