Hi all, sorry I have been out of the club the last couple of months while I had Scott build my new P-class boat and took some well needed vacation rest (been 4 years since my last one). I am out of Cryosleep now would like to help with the club in anyway I can. Just caught up with the club thread, seems allot has been going on since the move to Bennett and Manatee county not playing ball. Chris you have been real trooper taking over as our our fearless leader

BTW guys Marcus did call me back but I missed his call, we've been playin' phone tag. But it sounds like what I thought, the grounds people at Bennett don't know what the deal is with us running there so it's just a matter of getting them cordinated with Marcus and Alan at County Parks and Recreation. We're fine at Bennett, just a little hiccup..

Guys in-case Manatee County does not want to play nice with Bennett. And this may be a far fetched idea or a long-shot but has anyone considered talking to the folks at Nathan Benderson Park about letting our club use any one of many small lakes near the University Town Center?

They want nothing to do with anybody but row boaters, I'm sure you could go run there but nothing organized. It's Sarasota County just like Ackerman.
