Hey guys we have a issue at the lake, they blocked the path with posts so we can't get to the dock. I gotta get a hold of Maggie Monday and get it straightened out. I'm sure it's a matter of one not knowing what the other is doing.

Chris, do you think the letter we got is still valid? Given what we found last Sunday perhaps things have changed. Just speculation on my part. If I remember right the letter said we have “temporary” permission to drive down to the dock. Troubling.

Well I would think if there was a change they would have contacted us, like I said I'm pretty sure it's just the fact that the grounds people at Bennett don't know what the agreement is between the club and the county and they didn't bother to check.

Let’s hope so. Have you given any more thought about going to the park to meet with someone? Personally I don’t think we should invest and more $$ until it is squared away.

it sounds as if the guy that runs the park doesent like us from the start and now our friendly county parks contact is gone hmmmm! time to scout for another lake

Manatee County Park. The club pays a yearly fee for the use of the park/lake.
