I'm charging packs since 530. Looks like were in a clearing for rain for a while. Big area of moisture pushing ne just above us. I say we give it a shot. Even if we get a sprinkle it hopefully won't last long.

It is looking a little gloomy out this morning. I'm planning to ride up and visit a bit if nothing else. Going to bring my little twin cat along so Scott can see it on person. I have packs charged for P mono and LSH if the weather lets us use them.Comment

Just replied in your df thread. I've got 3 sets charge as of now, working on 4. 3s packs may go into q or run them seperately for 2 runs outta the mini sniper. Probably run all the 4s packs in the pursuit.Comment

Ron, I just have to make battery trays and put the steering rod in and the apps done. I'll probably finish it tomorrow. I was hoping your 4s 5k packs would work but you'd have to force them in. I sure wouldn't do it. Ill pos a pic tomorrow. Oh and I have to paint the repair on the sponson tips.Comment

Yeah I think we had talked about that. I ran them in the pursuit once and prefer my 4000s for weight. I also tried them in the hpr but went with higher capacity batts in it cause its got all kinds room. They've been sitting for quite a while. I may cycle them this week. I put them at storage voltage. I just have no use for them.Comment

Scott, Great to hear from you again. The boat that I got from you, it still in the box. I have went over to the electric side of operations. I have spoken to Ron many times and raced with him at Durant Ms race. I think that you are building him a Hotrod FE boat.
Looking forward to getting to boating with the FL FE and Gas bunch. I was an active member in St Louis MO and really enjoy the fellowship of the St Louis Thunderboaters. I will be in state October 22 and hope to continue contact at that time.

Chris bill and I attempted to run at my house. We only got a p mono run in and stood under oaks somewhat sheltered from the rain to do that.Comment

Nah, Chris and me went up to Scott's for a while but it was too rainy to really do much of anything. Ran the P boats around the pond for a few and I lost a stub shaft on the hydro after about 100 feet.
It was mostly a social visit for me. I came back home and worked on the cat.Comment
