Haven't been totally lazy today. I finally finished up sanding and shooting the repair to my sprint cat (from when it sideswiped Scott's Geico)

Hey guys, a few of you know me and also know our STORM Tunnel series FE's are growing. Our last race is up on RCracingevents for Nov 19-20th and I encourage anyone interested to sign up early and help Bill Britton and I send a message to the nitro side of tunnels. You can race in P-spec, Open FE tunnel and also Open tunnel which has nitro and gas already and if you can run a 55-60mph tunnel you will be competative there also. The heat pace is not laid back as we shoot for 7-8 heats an hour but we will separate classes and you won't run two FE classes or open back to back so you'll have time to recharge. We do timmed laps on Saturday and the FE course records are ripe. Come out and watch if you live in the area anyway. Thanks in advance

I have to check the dates for the SBI worlds in Key West to make sure I don't have to work that weekend. As long as its on a different date, I will be there. Mic I take it the Savanah race has been canceled?

Savannah pond is a mud bog right now but we are not going to give up future races there. Well be talking to you before long it is just too hot to even test much right now. The "P" tunnels are working and I am going to keep my 5S "Q" project going. 6S in a tunnel without a large midsection is a hard setup to balance properly. I know guys think more battery more power but at some point the efficiency of a tunnel gets eaten up by weight. Why I sold my gas tunnel hardware. I hope you can make Brandon as I know your lap times will crush the existing 32 something 2 lap by Jimmy D. Then again I forsee 3-4 boats in the sub 29 second range.

Glad to see you guys are comming. I would not be surprised to see 6-8 specs just from the nitro guys. Merging with the FE crowd we could see a 10-15 boat class with some very fast competition. Sign up early and if you have to decline later it is not an issue. The more that inkle in the class interest grows. Maybe we need a separate side bet or gag award between nitro and FE only racers in the spec class.

No side bets for me, you, Bill, Premo and the rest of the Tunnel Boat Mafia have forgotten more about tunnel boats than I will know for awhile. Though Jeff will probably take you up on it, his Vision is wicked fast.
