I have been messing around with a logo for t-shirts and this is what I came up with. What do you guys think?

I probably won't make it out tomorrow. I promised the wife an early movie. Then I'm going to pickup the Blackjack from paint. After that, my wife and I am supposed to go kayaking.

Say, I already spoke with Diego, but I am planning on attending the Hydroplane races in Hampton next Sunday. Is anyone else down or want to go? I believe that Danny, my friend who you guys met at the pond several months ago, will come out as well.

Incidentally on last Saturday, I gave him the Oberto, an AQ radio system, basically everything including that Solinger hardware but an ESC and batteries. I did provide him some of my old 9.6V packs. He's already got it all sanded and now has 3 very thin coats of of multi-color paint and fading going on.

Anyway, I was thinking we could find a spot to watch the races and fire up the grill at the same time. We could have kabobs with the wives and enjoy everyone's company. Let me know! At this time I'm not sure exactly where the races are or if there's a good spot to setup. I'll get this information and put it together for everyone.

Here's a quick update on my boats:

Oberto - Given to Danny D.
BJ26 - Finally back from paint, picking it up today. Lonewolf HW standing by, new powerplant and .150 driveline going in.
Mini Hydro (Mini Sea Drifter) - Swapping stock 24mm motor for 28mm 380L. New ESC going in with motor. TBD if too much weight.
CF Micro Hydro - Ammo came in and the 20-40-3500 will be replacing the stock 3200kv motor. She'll also be getting a different ESC.
Blizzard - Reprogramming ESC for advanced timing.
No Step 1 - Same status of Blizzard, to take advantage of Lehner with more poles.
Tenshock Eco - experimenting with battery and COB.
X-Crab - Waiting for 3/16" strut and need to modify to adjust. Also waiting on ESC.
Viper - new wire drive here, just need to file drive dog and install. Got another x642 to try. Hopefully it will run as well as the CMDI x642 that I lost.
Renegade - Got new motor to try out, Diego is currently testing it in his Stretch.
H&M Eco - Still bare, need HW before moving forward. Motor and Servo ready to go.

Boats ran good today and the water was almost glass. The Hurricane didn't flip and the GPS was 33.6 mph. The UL1 had a GPS of 47.0 mph on a M445 - my fastest to date. The radar gun worked really well and is easy to use.


P.S. Diego the ten spot I owe you is burning a hole in my pocket!
