Remember Egneg, I'd like my flag back cleaned and pressed please!
Haha ... you wish! Unless you have a new motor and esc I think I may have a surprise for you. Top secret for now but you will find out soon enough on Saturday!!
Is that for coffee or soup??? Plus, just an observation, but I don't see any plier marks...LOL! I would expect nothing less and I happen to know you put it in a pipe vice on the bench What do you think of that?
Well I went to the pond earlier today and there was a bit of wind but it wasn't bad in the AM. I changed the strut from 1" to 7/8" on the UL-1 and it was more stable with much better turning control. It also popped up out of the water and got on plane a lot faster with the M445. I tried a 1640 but it did not perform as well and it took a long time to hook up - it was a bit slower as well. I think I will try a M545 or a P225 that has been detounged and back cut next as the temps were good - warm to the touch at best.
Ok ... I know you were on a while ago (4:44PM)! Me thinks you are getting cold feet with all the talk about having the flag cleaned and pressed to hand it back to you. Then some lame excuses about family stuff and being too windy (just because it blows your chair away)! I can even bring the one man raft and paddle so you can get your boats when they quit working!
I checked in, in-between things that had to be done. But you can look at it like I'm scared, I don't mind. I have so much !@#$%^& to do and not enough time to do it. Plus some of it, I'd rather not do, some I need to do in order to complete the next, etc...
I'll get my flag back, don't worry. I won't need to tweak, and test. Just drop the viper in the water, and bring home the flag!
Well ... it looks like the flag is mine for at least another week! The weather/wind are on my side for now. BTW unless you made some changes how is the viper going to be faster?
