Kris Flynn making an attempt with his 100+ MPH P-SPORT Boat!!
THINK about what I just said there... 100+MPH...
I couldn't hear the time, but I think this pass was "only" 98mph or so...
Don't recall what went wrong for the return pass, but Kris ultimately established a new record of 96.xxx MPH...
I can tell you with GREAT CERTAINTY that this setup WILL have a record over 100mph given proper water conditions and a little racing luck. An amazing setup, and a GREAT RACER!!
That's 4S1P too, btw .......
Posting to say how bloody impressed I am with Kris Flynn and his P sport hydro record !
Be assured he will have another handful of our Entropy packs to push him over the line next year...
Kris.
Congratulations again to both yourself & Aaron on the records, & for flying the Aussie flag.
But get onto Aaron, mate. That record run video needs to be posted up here for all to see. And his record run too if that was caught on video.
It was three years and six hull iterations with lots of help from friends to make it happen. Although SAW racing seems very much like an individual result, it is quite the opposite. I had lots of input and assistance from teammates and friends around the world who contributed. I am still trying to find time to write up some thoughts on the event and recap the effort.
