the Blazer is now in the shop.
Would not start this morning. It cranked but would not fire.
Towed to Lakeridge Auto Care
just got a call from them, it did start after a while of cranking.
at the house, the blazer is pointing up hill, at the auto place it was off loaded and
parked nose pointing down. hhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmmm
possible fuel starvation problems sounds like to me.
Well, the entries have all gone into the program and am just starting to build the thing and should be done by at least 4PM today.
See everyone there at the lake.Comment

Doooh!!!!!
Boats are ready, Batteries are charged. We'll start putting the drivers stand together tomorrow after work.
Looks like typical late June weather for the weeked. High 80's, humid and chance of isolated T-storm. Winds look like they are going to stay down. Good news for the tunnel heads.
Drive safe everyone.Mike Chirillo

Nice Carl! I hope that problem does not come back for you....
I saw a satellite view of the lake....and I saw what looks like a parking lot above the "finger" of the lake (on Compton Rd.) Do I just turn into the parking lot??

Safety netting and most of the drivers stand is up and the pit area is roped off. We'll get the course set up early in the morning, get the PA system going and we'll be ready to rock.
Guys we have a new club member and even though he won't be able to race this weekend, he has been a tremendous help this past month. His name is Joe Yang and his screen name on OSE is rcbidder. Joe does everything rc. He helped us get scaffolding rental for the drivers stand at about 1/3 of the cost of what we had been paying. He also help me and Tracy set up this evening and gave us use of his trailer for the weekend. For a guy who has attended one test n tune, he has been a tremendous asset to the club. He should drop by tomorrow and maybe Saturday. I look foward to him meeting you guys and to have him race with us in the future. Thanks Joe!!!
Kent when you turn on to Compton Road, you'll immediately bare right to stay on Compton. Then go about 1/4 mile and turn left where is says "visitors". The pond will be on the left.
Drive safely guys. See you tomorrow or Saturday.Last edited by Chilli; 06-23-2011, 09:56 PM.Mike Chirillo
