On a course, I can't quite drive my Stiletto at WOT the WHOLE turn. What I find I need to do is ease off slightly as I enter the turn 1 buoy to set the nose down slightly and get the boat started turning. Once it takes a "set", I can then squeeze the throttle back on to WOT. However, sometimes, as I approach the exit of the turn, if I see that the boat is starting to "fly" (like when a race car "pushes" exiting a turn) the natural instinct is to turn more... If you do this too much, it will hook and flip. The proper way to handle it is to ease off the throttle slightly to set the boat a little more, then get back into the throttle when it's set again.
Driving one of these is a real balancing act. If the water is really smooth, then I can just power through the turns. Once it turns into "race water", then what I described above is how it works...
At least for me...
