I have the .150 with 3/16th drive.
Mine came with the bigger motor mount. I did get some carbon fiber to reinforce the hull/ motor mount area.... just in case.

Hey could you answer me a quick question? Just got the upgrade drive, how does the aquacraft bushing fit in?

Mine just slips in from the back. Make greasing the flexshaft alot easier.
I can get pics tomorrow if needed. Just let me know.
