    My Kintec Prince.

Updated last post with a bigger prop run!!

This is my first FE boat besides my Blast rescue boat.
I talked the wife into running the camera for me.
You will here my daughter referring to the Poo-Poo Express,.... that is the name we gave my rescue boat for when happens!!

Boat ran great. Seemed really stable over the boat wakes.
I did break loose the battery mounting plate from the hull.
What should i use to remount it?? Epoxy or???
What would y'all think the speed was on it? I am going to try to GPS it one day.

    Bigger prop run.

Sweet, nice run and great place - is that the river?

how were temps after that run? I would say speeds were in mid 30s. If temps were ok, you may prop up to next size if you want. I love those rollers you were jumpin - I love choppy water.

You should be good with epoxy on the battery tray, make sure its real clean first and bone dry. Looks like you need some boatin cronies.

That is one of the 2 big lakes by my house.
The esc, motor and battery were all just barely even warm. Nothing even felt close to hot.!!
Looks like I may prop up a hair when I get back. The water may not freeze all winter down here!!
Going to go grab some epoxy and fix up my tray. Also going to reinforce around motor with some carbon fiber when I get home from next trip.

Sounded like you caught the beach a little on that final pass! Oops? Ive done it a few times to. I accidently jumped the bank one afternoon with an abs hull. What a sound to hear!

Nice vid. I have a kintec prince also and run 4s 2pack 5000mah 40c with a 1800kv motor and it runs 40mph plus- no gps. I use a balanced/sharp gimracer 42 x 55 2 blade prop. I changed all conectors to 5.5 bullets because things heat up pretty good and I run for 5 min. only. You should try the prop- boat is a bullet and will turn at full speed in calm water.

Thanks for the tip!! That was the prop i was thinking of getting.

I also have a bunch of 5.5 connectors, ready for a soldiering party.

Took the suggestions and got a 42x55 2 blade. Running on 4s with stock suppo esc it got warm but not hot. Went thru a 4000 mah battery real quick though.
It is the 2nd video in the first post.

The pictures of the jeep look great! Glad you are having fun with it!
LOL!! Yep, Had the vegas in the truck this morning but had 15-20 mph winds all day. So came back home and my new prop was in the mail so i sharpened it up and took the prince out for a spin. Ended up leaving the vegas at home and by the time we got back to lake it was smoothing out.
That is a different lake. I ran my blast in a pond that the cows had been using , so the hot cow crap water running thru the cooling system has permanatly tainted it!!!
Its my rescue boat now and we call it the poo-poo express for when happens.

Looks good!! These are really great boats! Loads of fun to drive. Just gps'd mine with a 3s 5000mah 30c, stock motor, stock prop and 120amp seaking at 34.8mph. I hear 4s will fry the motor?? Any heat problems? I am waiting on a Leopard 2860 2700kv for my 3s/4s setup!

Mine has never really got warm till today with the bigger prop. It was only slightly warm today, need to get a temp gun. But it just felt like some pocket handwarmers. My esc felt hotter than the motor.
Mine has the SV 27 1800kv motor.

4s on that setup will be cool I would think. Did you have to change the motor mount? What flex do you have in there, 4mm or .150?

My temps usually around 85 esc, 125-130 motor, and battery 112-115 after a 5 minute all out run.

                              I have the .150 with 3/16th drive.
Mine came with the bigger motor mount. I did get some carbon fiber to reinforce the hull/ motor mount area.... just in case.
