PSA- It's NOT water proof. OK, so I dunked it for about 5 min at 6 in deep with the power on when I flipped the boat... I'll try it again tomorrow, perhaps take it apart and dry it out.. But, it's cheap, so may just get another and toss it. Might order some batteries.

PS- 4s 30c did great today, except it really is too high of RPM, the boat cavitates with the small props and takes a bit to come up on plane.

I did a few more runs just to get it out of my system and with the exception of the stamped steel stress cracking on the rudder mount had some good runs!

No more video though... not until I get a new camera.

PSS- Jeff, I picked up the ceramic ultraseal bearings and plan on installing them with the wire drives. They are too small for that kind of RPM.

Yep, I would vac bag it or find a small water bag for a camera that has the lens cover built in and then wrap it up. It would keep it dry.

Not suppose to flip when you are running on the boat! :)

Skip my PSA... after 5 minutes in the water, I dried it out powered it on and works like new. Still same clarity.

So... I'll get some more footage the next time I go out!
