I got a little more done on the buck this Sunday. It was raining a little and we did not go to the pond and I felt it was good time to work in the shop. Parting lines are just about done. It is a gig saw puzzle that needs to be glued together.

I am only able to use the internet at my home office until wed so all be patience with me.

Keep up the good work Randy, I'm still working on the hydro, but starting to look good. I need a paint scheme for it here soon. Any idea's!

I really like the design, Randy. It's definitely an artwork. How in the heck to you make sure each side is the same shape? Always amazes me.

What is the overall length? And the width at the widest part of the sponsons?

            Thanks!

Thanks, it is getting to the point I am happy with it. All the fitting was done a long time ago, But that is the reason I have not made any permanent molds for the bottom.

              It is 30 1/4 X16 inches

I took the time Monday to lay up the Smokin Joes mold. It will not be long now and we will be laying up boats. Plug is in Vac Bag.

Now it is just 6 days to part and see the mold to make the top/deck

Now we are cooking!! Any chance you can make my boat really thick (xtra layer of glass)??? I can pay whatever the difference is. I like a real sturdy hull, and don't mind the xtra weight. Let me know. Thanks much.

Will do. I might be able to do a color in the jell coat lets see how the mold comes out. It is all epoxy.

The deck mold is looking good just a few little spots to fill after removal of the buck. I will be laying up a deck and bottom with in the week for the final test fit. Cool!

The Blue is a gel coat I am formulating, it is Epoxy but I have not been able to get it to be shiny and even yet.

Hear is the mold ready to wax and get ready to do the first lay up of the deck. I have a temporarily bottom mold if the two fit together we will be in luck. if not then it is back to refitting the bottom buck. hope this helps you Pete.
