I don't think the extra torque will hurt you, and your ESC shouldn't have any issues with it.

Why does it say the 1415 is only 70mm? Kinda odd. If I Neu it was 83mm long I might have tried one.

Again, Scorpion is no slouch. New stuff begging for trial.

36mm x84mm, quality built, similar price to others. I will give one a go.

Will it fit 4s2p? I know your boats are roomy but it is a rigger. Heck I don't even know if a P hydro needs 2p.

The can of my Castle 1415 is 70mm long. My 1515 is 75 mm long. Darin must be using a Chinese ruler....

          Oops.... you're right. I was thinking 1521.... 3.3".

          Doesn't change my recommendation though...

I run the 1415/1Y in my JAE and it's the perfect motor. Speeds in the high 70s on the 1/6th mile oval, 12 second laps (wide ones too). An excellent recommendation.

Mike, is that duratech primer? Sure looks like a sweet shortcut for the plug.

Yup, durate styroshield primer, just brushed on heavy on the first coat. Easy to sand, so I dont care about high spots yet!

                    Mike.
At our club today there were 3 other people, including Wuzza, who want one.
Is it possible to get 4 in a box together at a reasonable shipping cost?

I like how the top scoop is swept back. Looks great. The main reason I never went for a JAE was because of the way it looks. I also like the way your kits build Mike.

That's just great! Not only do I have to have the new gpx310, but now I have to get into riggers? Great looking design Mike, but please, hold off on a cat kit. I already have 3 kits I'm going to have to build this winter. It wont be boring!
