Tim I used my dremel with a drum sander on it, a sanding block and a special file I inherited from my father. Never seen anything like it but it works great for kind of planing down the edges. You can kind of see it in the first picture on post 19

Thanks Jim, ride pads look real good. I originally had a question from the last picture of post #15, but I compared with earlier photos and I realized what you have done.

Got sanding of filler I use glad to cover the glass that I used to reinforce a few areas. Also got the wood cut for the stand Will finish the stand this weekend

Got some done this weekend though only got one day to work on it due to a washing machine that needed repairing Saturday. Anyway I got the stand made and worked on the cowl some more.
