              The mean
              Machine here on ose is made for FE, unlike the ones sold from aeromarine that are for nitro. Mainly the difference is the radio box, which you can rip out, and the FE ones have carbon fiber floors

                thanks Dana. i am reading up on building one up, do you suggest laying carbon on mine when i get it? does anyone leave the radio box in there for added water protection or is right where the motor needs to be?

                  My motor is more forward as most do. You could leave the radio box if you want. Carbon floor isn't nessecary, but at almost 60mph I like it there.

                      You're gonna be in the high 50's I would say if not close to 60. So yes I would lay some carbon in there

                              I found your pictures nice build. what size flex did you use? i was going to 1/4" but i don’t see a 5mm to 1/4 coupler so i am guessing that 1/4 is too big and i should stick with 3/16???
