    Hopped up Miss Geico Stutters

I have a Miss Geico with a leopard 4082-2200 on 5s with a T-180 Seaking and an M645 GPS'd right at 60 mph but it stutters from the time I put it in the water. I'm running the original Spektrum TX and RX with a reciever pack. Is it just pulling too many amps or is it a loss of signal issue. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, I'm kind of at a loss. I think I hear a beep from the esc when it stutters but not really sure.

What batteries are you using mah and c rating? I would imagine the 4082 is an amp hog. I'm looking at getting 4082 2000kv on 4s in my genesis and will be using 2x2s 5900mah 60c packs.

I'm using a 2s -5000 mah and a 3s -5000 mah Turnigys 35c. I have a couple of sets of these and they've been good for the last 18-24months but I agree that the 4082 is an amp hog. I guess I'll get some 60c batteries. On the last run the esc was about 120° the batteries about 115° and the motor 130° so things are running pretty hot.
I'll also turn off the LVC and just check the time.
Thanks for the compliment on the paint, I did it myself last winter with rattle cans of automotive paint from AutoZone.

Those temps dont seem that bad, try lowering or shutting off the low volt cut off and time your run, do a short run, the t180's can be funky all of a sudden with the cut off kicking in.
