I only wait for the clear to harden man.I use the U-POL #1 and a thick coat stays soft for a while.

I wonder if I should take a whack at the Geico colour match thing.I have painter buddies. You never know when this different country thing could be a benefit.Could be slight differences in products.

Try man,, once i get my genesis back together and start on my hatch im going to try my lexan paint, seems the only thing close that i have, maybe on top of white primer it will be close enough for me...the thing that sucks to me is then you gotta clear it and even that makes the color darker, so freshly painted it maybe perfect then the clear makes it different, that sucks..

I've been looking too. Its a no brainer that it would sell if they made it. Especially if they made it with the gecko on it.

                        Can't find anything either.

I airbrush R/C car bodies on the side. I compared one I did with Faskolor neon yellow. It was close, but needed some neon green to get it closer. But, i think you could get a pretty close match.

Faskolor paints are not water proof long term. So you would need to put a final coat on using Rustoleum Crystal Clear. I use that and its good stuff. Never yellows, flows well and dries pretty quick.

You may be able to do that but add some glass to the backside to hold it.
