Loosing prop power

My Geico is loosing prop power when I push in the throttle control. It will start for a second and then stop, however if I tweek it carefully and get some rpm on the motor, it will work fine until I let out the throttle again and the same problem occurs if I push it in to quickly again. Anyone having this problem and have a solution?

What are your ESC settings? Sounds like you're hitting the LVC......

I have not done anything with the ESC, so factory setting, and the bats are fully charged (2x2s 4000mha Turnigy). The ESC does not beep when I turn it on either btw.
