M,iss geico+7040 200kv. What prop on 4s/5s ?

A prather 220 , m445 , x442 and last 42x55 prop is soon on the way, and I want to pick up some 4s nano's and run in parallel to add some weight.
On 5s the caps got smoking hot, but lipo's esc and motor stayd finger warming.
