Hey bb when I plugged it in today the motor went off again... does the esc reset itself from the failsafe if not plugged into the batteries for awhile? I thought I only had to program that once

No it shouldn't. Hmm I know I first had a few probs with mine make sure you got the esc plug in the right way. Does it beep at all? 4s should give you 4 beeps if it just goes beep beep then that means its not getting a signal from the reciever

Yes something isn't right... its like the failsafe isn't getting saved in the esc or the esc is reseting itself everytime it shuts off for a bit... And I'm definietly not getting 4 singular beeps as I'm plugging in the batteries

Ok good news, I added an external BEC to the t180... its almost as if the esc wasn't getting power to the radio for like 10 seconds and therefore reseting the esc everytime I used it... Not sure what's up with that.

Alright everyone, I got my MG ready to go for the long weekend... 4 brand new gen ace 30-60 lipos, the t180 ready to go, the stock 1500 and an 1800 inrunner motors, m445, x642, 42 55, and a 40 55 sharpened and ready to go. I'm hoping to get some readings and temp recordings if everything goes well... I lowered the strut a bit more for the 42 55, it ran a bit hot last time and i think it was because the boat was running very wet... Hopefully I can get some cockpit video if it runs well... we'll know by monday!
