G-UNIT, i was thinking about the same batteries. But if they are really 40C is there any chance to burn the stock ESC ?

the 40C discharge has nothing to do with burning your ESC. All the 40C discharge means is that the battery is CAPABLE of 40C. NOT that it will always put out 40C.
So what's this mean? Your motor load is what determines the current draw through the ESC. If you really load/stall the motor, the current spikes. If you try to draw more current than your ESC is rated for, THAT'S what burns it.
The discharge rate of the battery only comes into play when you plan on drawing high current. So, if in the future you upgrade your ESC to where you are drawing 200A (5000mah*40C), then your batteries will be able to sustain that.
If for example your ESC is rated for 100amps, then theoretically you will never put more than a 20C load on the battery. The battery will barely heat up.
Secondly, if you get a battery rated for 100amps (5000mah*20C), and an upgraded ESC draws more, then your battery gets hot as hell, and will eventually burn.
The reasons you go for the highest C rating you can get, are so you have minimal heat coming off the packs, and so that if you do upgrade your ESC in the future, you don't have to upgrade your packs as well.
