Ok ok, I'm just repeating what Ray himself told me. I'm not saying it's a new release or anything..................

When I asked Ray why it looked different from the photo. (6-12 hydro hardware) He told me that this was the new version and it was stronger. At any rate, there are alot of guys that use this setup. Mono's usually don't have such a short strut mounting bracket. The nose would hit the transom.

Same here and I really like it!! nice quality and good looking except for the black screws, I don't know why they are used. Strength maybe.

So now that it's sorted out, can someone post a link to this "new, stronger setup" that works well on the BJ26? Thanks!

Back to the BJ26SS hardware, what else do you need other than the rudder and strut set? Does the flex cable or stuffing tube need to be changed out? Do you run the same length prop shaft?

Also, what about this piece.....I assume it's a coupler, but what size or part number is it?
