    H E L P ! !

Hi, i have some questions about BJ 26.
First of all i want to run my boat with lipos (maxamps 4200HV 2S2P 7.4V Pack) and with octura x642 prop using stock setup. I know that i have to buy some extra parts like proboat programing module & 1/8" to 3/16" prop adapter.
Can someone please tell me if there is something else i have to buy?
About speed? does it worth it?

    Thanks

Look at this.....It is a very easy upgrade and a MUST if running lipos!! The stock u-joint is to weak for lipos, it will wear out very fast or even break!

If you want the best quality packs get ThunderPower or PolyRC... Most racers use these, I have not heard good things in the racing community about Maxamps.. Not to say they wont work fine.. That is just my opinion...

If you are on a budget, look at the Elite 4800's....http://www.rclipos.com/

I have a set and many other TP and PolyRC.... The Elites are great for the money!

make sure you get the programming card for your esc if you are still using the stock one. You have to program it for the lipo batteries.

I have started the lipo game. I just use Tupperware with a paper towel wrapped around the lipos and put em' in fishing lures. Thanks for the post! It's a PDF so fellas you can save it for later
