    Disappointment

the bj only ran 37.3 with the ammo motor, 6 cell 4200 trinity's, and a balanced x642. With the stock prop it seemed to accelerate better and ran 36.2 It will try to jump over backwards with the stock prop,

The Manx has been sitting dormant, but I think I finally have my motivation back. I hope to see it float soon.

Do you mean 12 cells? 37.3 mph really is not that bad

when the sv is running over 42 on the same batteries, I would say thats pretty bad. I will say that if we were to race around a course, I think I would beat the sv since you can't stay in the throttle like the bj can.

Finishing is 99.9% of the game. I just love running against SF's (SuperFlips) after 5+ laps their "crackerbox hull design" shows its real colors... it makes my mouth water just thinking about it...

It was pretty cool to see the SV take a dive and stuff, only to pop back up and keep running.

I did not even realize it was underwater because of the white wash and then we saw it shoot back up, it was funny

Whats good for one boat may not be good for another. The ammo 2300 is a 2 pole motor, it doesnt have as much torque as the stock motors.

I think the BJ motor is more efficient than that of the SV it seems to transition smoother.

The sv motor can swing a larger prop. I think the sv motor is a bit better. As far as smooth goes, I'm not sure on that.

I disagree. IMO and IME the SV motor can not prop up as much, and runs hotter.

Thats the feeling I get while operating both.

Are you saying the "stock" sv motor has less torque than a Ammo 2300 motor? If thats the case we have to agree to disagree.
