Thanks! Looks like voltage isn't a problem. Just stay withing the maximum amps.

Thanks, I have 5 cell batteries from my airplanes. What kind of boat was it? Do you remember the prop?

I ran the 3674 1700kv on 5s for years. It was a killer combo. 1400 would be better on 6s imo

        Rtr?

New to this. Don't know why this was moved to RTR Fast Electric Talk. I am building a Dumas Hot Shot IV wood boat, Proboat outboard, with Leopard motor.

Will the Leopard 3674 Motor fit inside the Proboat Outboard Motor cover?

Thanks, nice video. Looked really fast. Sorry I couldn't hear the prop size. My speaker is pretty bad.

Does the shaft run in a teflon tube or just in the aluminum housing? Are the 2 little Allen set screws in the sides of the lower unit for injecting grease? Like with the Pro Boat grease gun?

The stock shaft runs in a Teflon tube and the Allen set screws in the lower unit are there to let water out of the leg only. Many us us removed them and left them out.

Thanks for the information. I took them out and no water came out. There was a little grease on the tips of the Allen screws which lead me to believe there was no teflon tube. I remove the flex shaft after each day of running and the grease is kind of black but no water noticed. I think I will run with them in and take one out to check for water after running. It runs smooth and pushes an old Dumas Hot Shot IV 43 mph on 4 cells with an Aquacraft 36-56-1800Kv and a X442 prop.
