just got my new SV27r yesterday to replace my brushless converted shockwave26. Took it to the lake and gave it a go. It's really slow to start up, but when it gets going, its good. Any reason's why its slow to get going? I thought that it would have been because the rear is so heavy cuz once the boat gains speed and levels out, its good.
I tried putting the batteries in the middle in front of the motor as far forward as I can, and it helped a little, but still not what I expected.
I'm running with 2 X Turnigy 2S 5000mah 30C Lipos and everything else is stock.
