    SV27 Battery Question?

Would 2 of these duratrax 7cell Nimh 8.4volt 2000 mAh battery packs be enough to power this monster or would I need a higher mAh rating? What Nimh batteries would you recommend?

7 cells should be fine and should be quite quick. The 2000mAh though would make for short runs.

Remember to run a separate power for reciever when using 7 cells.

2000mah batteries will not work well.. They will only provide about 20amps of power!

Higher Mah also means more power over smaller packs of the same C rating

you need to stay above 3500mah's.
Lowest i run is 3700. Still can have alot of fun with 3700mah's of power.

I think im going to try these EnerG 5000. They look like they are hitting shops this week. The 4600's have great reviews. Now im debating how important matched cells are.
