I headed over to the pond this afternoon to see if I could crack 50 mph with the SV. I started with the ammo 2300, stock sv esc, 4s1p lipos, and a s&b x645. 44.5 mph was the best I could get. I went to my P741-4 and the boat ran 43.4 mph . I swapped over to my hydra 120 and a 4s2p setup with the x645 prop back on. The boat then went 52.0 mph before it went over. When I got it back over, the boat didn't hand too well after that so I brought it back in. The batteries had shifted so it was not ballanced very well. But I was happy, I finally cracked 50 with that hull. Now I just have to get it settled down.
Did some testing today, new best

none yet. when I was playing around last weekend I had the tabs all the way down and the batteries a bit further forward so it was much more stable at 48.8 mph, but running a x440/3 blade prop. On my first pass the boat went over and moved te batteries around a bit so it was a bit of a handful to get it to run. If I can get the boat to set and not chine walk so badly i think it will be able to get some more speed without adding extra weight. Granted I am running a pair of 4s1p packs in the boat, so it may not need the extra weight.Comment
