    deans or what

So now that I'm making the plunge to lipo I've been reading different threads on offshore and am wondering about deans connectors. Some people seem to hate them. Should I change them out or stick with what the vee came with? Just curious it sounds like a temp thing.

If you already have them in your setup. I would keep them as the SV27 is not a high amp setup. However, don't forget to change the plugs when they appear to have a weak connection or corrosion.

I run Deans in Mine and have no problems. I think a lot of the Deans issues begin when you start building a lot of power and drawing a lot of amps. But as Dom says, being as the SV is not a high amp set up, Deans would work just fine.

You will find more info on here than you can sometimes handle. It is a fantastic site, compared to others, and everyone is more than happy to help. Good luck with your SV, Im sure you will find it very enjoyable.
