Thanks Lenny! So I'm at a standstill until I get the prop done. I have priced some people to do the job but know a guy that can do it that is close by. So I have been working on floatation. I have took a swim tube and cut it into pieces small enough to get in the sponsoons through the battery hole. Used about half the swim tube lol. Also glued a quarter cylinder in the top cover and it sits on the motor a little. With 15 min run times and the upgraded cooling system this shouldn't be a problem but will monitor very closely. I couldn't get any urethane foam under 45$ shipped so the 1$ swim tube wins lol.
Was talking to a friend and he brought up self inflating Co2 units out of those life jackets you buy from Walmart at 40$ now. Does anybody do this? Would put it in the cover with a tether :). A broke cover would be better than a lost boat IMO :).
