    it's a stock plastic prop. what size is the stock prop? I have tried hand launching

      Do what ncornacchi says it will take some throttle work at first but after awhile and some tuning it will get easier. BTW I'm not to sure what the stock prop size is. Good luck. Don't sell it is an AWESOME RTR boat
