How to remove prop?

Hi people, sorry to ask a presumably stupid question but I am having difficulty removing the single propeller on a ABC hobby super hawaii. It's the stock one and it has alittle damage to it. I've seen online there should be a nut at the end, but in this case it looks like a long metal piece with two indentations in the side that don't appear to be screw either and then a cylinder in the middle sticking out just slightly. Any help would be appricisted! Also which propeller should I get as a replacement? It just doesn't seem to be shooting up the same rooster tail with the propeller this way.

There is probably a set screw hidden somewhere.

Take the back of a screw driver handle and smack the shaft straight in ,,you should now see a gap between the drive dog and the hub you can gently pry that off now
