little quick inrunner motor mount i hacked up for the barbwire bit sloppy lol, just need to drill 2 holes on each side will bolt directly to the stock moulded in stand offs of the hull, going to try and do a 3d printed one next.

but just an idea if you dont want to hack up your hull

            best regards

The stock prop is 30mm. I just fixed up a barbwire for my gf's nephew. I installed a S & B Octura 430 prop. Even though the shaft is only 3mm, when it butt's up against the drive dog and secured with prop nut, it runs balanced and square.

I wonder how that scorpion motor is mounted in one of the above posts... #17 ???

The stock battery needed to be destroyed since one or more cells went bad. Yes, it seems LVC is very conservative, safe but, it doesn't help cycle the pack well.

Try 15 degrees. Outrunners prefer higher timing.

Will try that next time ...the boat jst too small for that motor...

My thinking is lower the timing to get the possible lowes speed I can get without

Lower timing on an outrunner can add heat and not change much else.

Hard to tell if you bolted motor in with or without drilling holes in mount??

I make some grove with file left and right on the stock motor mount.
Do it carefully untill u can pass tru the bolts for the motor.
