    Esc help please

Hi, i recently got a hold of a joysway mini cat. I have a b2445 3000kv brushless motor i would like to install, would like someadvpce on what esc would work. I was thinking a 30 amp and 11.1v 2200 lipo. Im actually a big gas guy, so some advice on FE would be great. Also have a couple b2030/10-4300 motors, if there any better. Just hoping for some esc n battery advice with the motors i have. Thank you so much for your input....steve

    Hi,
I have a sea rider cat and a hydro mini bolt,
They both came stock with ESC: Water cooled 30A w/BEC setup,
    Running 3s 25c 2200 mah cells.

Yes, Stock Water cooled B2445 3000KV,
The cat not bad, Runs better at high speeds and better handling their.
I do not run it much to sit down and take the time and tweak yet,
But the hydro bolt is tweaked and a runner with a y535 prop,
And I made the hatch with a water tight seal and one thumb screw holding it on.

very nice, but i do t see how to use stock esc with new motor, there wired together (solderd) not just plugged in to
each other. Thinnking of new 30 amp esc, but not sure what (brand) dont want boat to go up in flames lol. What prop u have on the cat? Hope im making sense..

I'd get a 40a minimum if you can find one. I just ordered one of these and have a cooling plate I'm gonna throw on it.

Can you solder and strip wire ?
Their are three wires on motor and esc, When you put the wires together check for left hand rotation,
And you should be good to go.

              Hears a link for a good esc's.http://www.hobbypartz.com/seaking.html
Or put a WTB post up for one.

                    Stock right now,
But the y535 may be a good one for the cat.
I will have to try running it on mine and see what it does.
