Glad you are good to go!
Here are the directions for the jacket.
OSE Water Jacket: Remove sticker from motor. Apply wd40 or similar to motor and jacket orings. Slide on the jacket. Make sure inlet/outlet are in the correct place, once set the jacket will not turn!
DON'T NOT PUSH BRASS TUBES THEY WILL BREAK!
Maybe the oring was twisted a bit. I've had zero returns from water leaking from the housing area. I had one return about water coming from the brass inlet or exit tube. It was poorly glued.Steven Vaccaro
