WOW I thought deans were the way to go as bullets seem to expand after constant use. Are bullets good for the ESC to motor and deans for the batteries to ESC?

You might want to also try a smaller prop. You "may" run the same speed with a smaller prop and have better reliability. right now with the s220, you are pushing the esc hard.Steven Vaccaro

I dont like making prop recommendation's. Its not possible to give you the exact right prop. A place to start would be,
In carbon I would test starting with a 2317.40 then 2317.42 and 2317.45.
In metal I would try a m440 and you will probably be able to move to a m445.Steven Vaccaro

Tom, I am waiting for your replies, as to my questions on soldering and prop balancing. As, I think this may have caused the problems with the melted solder. Your answers will be appreciated by all.
