    i also follow the red hot female approach but add 2 pieces of heat shrink over the female plug and never had a problem

      A Harness is just asking for more trouble. I have used them for years on brushed but not BL stuff. No reason to.

        Thats assuming the male bullet is on a hot wire (i.e. positive), correct? There is no need to cover a ground, is there?

          my male bullet is negative wire, thats what i cap, as long as it cant contact anything doesnt matter if pos or neg really
