I watched the post in this thread of this boat going 65mph on a xl 8, 2000kv on 4s and decided it was pretty fast!!
I understand the rules we have making this run in the hydro class because it is a stepped hull. Can it be competitive running at the speeds in the video in hydro class? Also, because it has the profile of a DV/ Mono would it handle chop better than the hydros in a race?
One other thing, is the xl 2000kv the best motor for this hull?
