    New Hopf Hull

    *****SOLD******

This is a hull I bought a while back and never got to play with. Its a stepped 33" or so hull with no holes ever drilled. There is a slight blemish you can see in the center of the close up picture, but other than that its a great looking hull. The hatch needs the edges sanded to make it fit. Thats how it comes from the factory. I paid about $200 including shipping to get this to the USA.

$95.00 including shipping in the USA. No international shipping, Sorry but its to large to leave the country.

    Steven ,

Its called a hopf Cyklon, it can handle speed up to 60mph and even faster with the right setup.

              Feigao 540xl8 , 120amp Warrior esc from Bk-Electronics , 20 cell nimh Vapextech ,

Last run he reached 104km/h with a better metal prop instead of a graupner K-prop.

I realize our rules require that this boat run in the hydro class because of the stepped bottom. However if it runs at 60mph wouldn't that be competitive in the 5 cell class?? Also wouldn't it handle rougher water better than the hydros? My newbie is coming out now with this question!!!

Also it the videoed boat ran that well with a feigao xl 2080kv I wouldn't want the 580 in it would I??

It makes me jealous to see those pictures and envy not having such a selection of boating hardware and such at my local hobby shop...
My prop hasn't been wet in a while.
