Can the big lehner 2280 motors be used with the fdm transmission? Will it handle that large a motor??

Kind words The electric concept is a good deal different in some impt areas. The rc boat thing in general is the same ie, how and why a boat does what it does but boy the combination of watts, amps, escs, motor kv, all that just makes one feel out of touch. Look forward to getting a better handle on it as time passes.
Guess after I burn up my first esc, pop a battery or 2 and have my first fire, I'll fee like I have arrived!

I learned a lot from my first ESC blow-out, Kurt. FE boating is an expensive, but valuable learning curve.
