what esc

im doing a special build that i will reveal later, im using the stock sv27 motor, and am need of an esc capible of reverse. i would like for the esc to be able to hadle at leat 8 cells so i can keep the power to the motor high for speed reasons. any sugestions.

A Barracuda 80 can be set-up with reverse active, and would be plenty of ESC for your application...

VERY good point... Cable is directional... On the Castle controllers, you can set the percentage of throttle that reverse can be... 12.5%, etc... I'd set it to a low setting since it's only for dinking around... Otherwise, you may unwind your cable and cause yourself a mess...

yeah i was thinking about that.. i was going to keep reverse at ex treemly low power

if u cant find an esc to do it just set the epa on the tx to 12%
