      For the most part. I do agree with the comment earlier that you need to move to triangular based cutouts, but that is a lower priority then the strut.

        Can you take some better pictures of the strut and shaft area, or give us a description of what bearings you have in there?

        It looks like the shaft comes all the way out the front of the strut and then the flex is open. You might need a longer strut for that length shaft. Then run the flex in teflon or brass tubing up to the hull.

        The rudder and bracket look good. Only change I would make would be to move the steering arm so it is in line with the rudder hinge pin. Otherwise you get bad angles of the pushrod, and unequal throw from left to right.

        I think you're doing a great job. I have a Micro SC myself, and getting hardware for it isn't that easy!

          On the rudder linkage, you will also get more left and right movement of the rod at the hull intersection if the connection point isn't centered with the hinge.

          That's a good point, your flex needs to be contained in some kind of tubing. make sure you have adequate bearings in the strut as well.

            the shaft was just put in for efect i have the teflon tube just not in yet. we will look at the strut again tks
