Help me pick a hull

With a few modifications the Sonicwake V1 can be a very nice boat as well. I propped down and added better RC Boatbitz trim tabs to keep it stable. No mods necessary with the V2.

Yeah, he added a new stinger, dual water intake rudder and the tabs as well on this used Sonicwake. The full RC Boatbitz upgrade kit. I just wanted to give mmakay a bit of info for both vessels for comparison.

I have this used SonicWake V1 almost all back together now; cleaned up, adjusted, aligned, etc... waiting on a few new parts.

Probably wont run her until next spring when I put our (real) boat back in the water. I just pulled her off the lake yesterday to get ready for winter storage.

Thanks for the info on the Impulse and comparison between the two hulls. It does look like a very cool boat. You should be all set with the upgrades made to your V1.
Now that all my boats are back in their boxes for winter storage I will concentrate on finishing building an electric seaplane I started last winter.
