Doby aka doby Gillis, maybe you will be next in the banning department. Thank God there is only one you! I have no negative feelings regarding you posting what I said in my pm to you. A person shouldn't put anything in a pm they wouldn't say to ones face. Did I hurt your feelings!!!! Shoe is on the other foot seems to me. I see you are playing policeman again. That idle mind once more.

Tx you are quite right. I am requesting that the administrator remove this thread permanently. That will stop all of this and I as the thread poster to begin with will be much better for it.

Sorry for interrupting, but this thread actually is quite popular as you can see in the number of views. Many people here are interested in your final setup therefore it will be a shame to remove it, or if you remove it just start a new one with only the good things. Many good ideas were posted and I 100% agree with you that there is more than one way to face things, and there is more than one way to FE boat setups. Just do not pass the limit and burn things, but also as you burn you learn.
The other good thing that came up is the info from Steve on outrunners which we all wait to see.

Disar is right, we want to see the results of your build.

Curt, please post pictures of the hull as it is now with existing hardware and motor. I believe you have settled on an ESC and have made a purchase. What brand and model number? As this, as you know, has a bearing on your motor choice.

Curt, we are waiting. Scots and Canadians love to see the real goods. As do most of your compatriots

Will get the boat out of storage tomorrow and post pics here if I can figure out how!!

If not I may send them to one of you to post for me. Rumrunner members also asked for pics of it. One of the members there had seen the hull before and was complimentary of it for scale appearance.

Plus, he gave you a lot of advice on how to POWER THE BOAT and that member is a very knowleable person but you go on and on and on and on with now 3 forums to find an answer that has been given by some very knowleable people. You, Sir, do not understand the dynamics of people and FE boating.
You, as I look at many respones are a true WANKER.
                      Goodbye,

Looks like a fun build. Do you have the hatch?

I would say to first figure your budget and work from there.
